Union Wages and Benefits

City drivers and road drivers are covered by a labor contract. Our employees' base wages are highly competitive. Additionally, other benefits significantly improve an employee's total compensation package.

New, full-time employees earn 75 percent of the current wage for the first year, 80 percent for the next six months, 90 percent after 18 months and 100 percent of the full base rate beginning on their second anniversary. After your second anniversary, here's what you may expect to earn*.
